Adds a cyberware mod for male V

I suggest using the following face config. for the least amount of clipping:
Hair 34 (for cyberware)
Nose 08
Mouth 09
Jaw 01
Ears 02 or 07 (clip the same amount on opposite sides)
Beard 0 or 1. Some stubble looks okay too.

Add tattoos or cyberware to change the look of the visible skin.

Installation:
Ensure you have Cyber Engine Tweaks installed
Drag and drop .rar contents to game directory
