You can boost your FPS on both old and new hardware by simply copying a few lines of code to your User.ini file (without having to ever install a tool). It’s basically doing what Codezilla’s app is doing, just without the need of ever downloading a tool. Pastebin provided by a Twitter user. More details in the video.
If you’re using older GPUs and CPUs you can get quite a significant boost in performance by following a couple of easy steps and without the need of downloading a separate tool. I saw Codezilla’s tool and mentioned it in the video, but a Twitter user pointed out you can do it without downloading a tool, by simply copying a few lines and changing the User.ini file.
