Finishing the gig will unlock you the City Lights achievement for completing all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in City Center

Its Elementary
Download the file and extract it.
Move it to Users > YourName > Saved Games > CD Projekt Red > Cyberpunk 2077

Make sure steam cloud saves are turned off before you launch the game:
Right click the game on steam > properties > uncheck steam cloud option.

If you already have ‘ManualSave-23’ in your save games just change the name.

Load the game, just run in to finish the objective and then run out.
Sorry it’s probably not the fastest way, but it’s faster than completing everything yourself or loading back an earlier file if it bugged out.
